KL Bird Park

Assalamualaikum 💖

It's the beginning of March. My fingers are excited to dance on this keyboard after nearly two months of me being absent here. Phew. Can't believe that my semester break has ended and I'm back here in Shah Alam for a new semester. A LOT of things have happened during my break and insyaallah I'm going to write about them soon!

After the all-suspenseful Sky Castle, I'm currently binge-watching Meteor Garden and I just have to say this. I've read a lot of fictional books and watched tons of movies and dramas. Every time I read or watch something good, I almost always fell for a guy in the story, be it the lead or supporting character. Gosh I can't even count how many times I fell in love with the characters. Right now, I'm falling for Meizuo (a supporting role) in Meteor Garden. You know how the guy eventually gets his heart broken? Whenever this happens I would feel like getting myself in the plot and ask the girl to stop hurting him and if she doesn't want to I'm willing to replace her but at the same time I know I'm not good enough for him and I won't ever be able to replace his true love so I'd get emotional and angry because I don't want him to be broken anymore but I can't do anything not even moral support since I'm not inside the story itself and the only thing I can do is to hope that the author/writer would get his heart healed soon enough ugh THE WRITERS SHOULD'VE PUT ME IN THE PLOT SO I CAN PREVENT EVERYONE'S HEARTS FROM GETTING BROKEN BECAUSE I KNOW HOW IT'S GOING TO END OKAY YOU GUYS SHOULD LISTEN TO ME!

Phew. I said it, although mengarut I'm not deleting it because I just HAVE to say it. And Meizuo, you better be happy in the next episode! I'm going to hunt that girl down if you're not.

But anyway, back to the title, KL Bird Park! Yes, the bird park!

It's a beautiful place I tell you

As usual, Ain has been asking and planning where to go before our semester break ended, but this time we were thinking of going with Mimi! Her real name is Freakimi but whatever. So we made it on the 4th of February and I was so excited because it's been a while since I last saw that creature HAHA. I was half an hour late to KTM station and I felt sorry for it, but she started being weird as soon as we met and I was like... Okay Ain you deal with her.😂

We took a commuter train to KL Sentral, and a GrabCar to the bird park. Ain said the ride reminded her of when we went to the BTOB Fan Meeting last year, and I immediately felt the vibes from that day. Ugh I still miss them.😞 We reached the park and bought the admission tickets for just RM20 using Watsons card! If not, the normal rate would be RM25 when you present your IC at the ticketing counter.

We got in, but hey did I ever mention about my fear? I'm scared of a lot of moving things and that includes birds... It's a beautiful place and I enjoy watching the birds from afar, but the idea of them walking up to me? I'm definitely not a fan. Most of the birds would be roaming around freely. Whenever big birds were nearby I would clutch onto Mimi and Ain's bags in fear of them leaving me behind. I know it's embarrassing but I can't help it you see.😡 What if they harmed me or suddenly decided to fly in my direction? I knew they wouldn't really but you know what I mean.😒

Hello this is my friend its name is burung termenung

Has anyone seen Hedwig?

HELLO POLICE SOMEONE'S TRYING TO ESCAPE

Hey there I know you're pretty and all that but you scare me out the whole time

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL FAMILY👪

Aw look at this sleeping beauty!

We didn't go to watch any of the bird shows, and went for lunch instead. There's a Hornbill Restaurant just outside the bird park. You can choose either to dine inside or outside the restaurant, and duh of course I'd choose to eat peacefully inside without any of the birds flying to me when I was having my lunch. I honestly don't remember the name of the dish that I ordered, but both me and Ain had different kinds of fried rice, while Mimi had spaghetti (excuse my brain almost a month has passed). A bit pricey but reasonable for its big portion.

Look at these suweg pipol

Afterwards we decided to go to the National Museum! Yay? 😂 Hahaha we initially planned to only go to the bird park but we finished walking around much earlier than expected so that's where we decided to go. But I've always wanted to go there so yay another place ticked off my (imaginary) list! Only RM2 for the entrance fee, but we bought tickets to one of the galleries as well so we had to pay double the price.

We finished walking around at about 3:30 p.m. We were going to drop by the coffee shop in front of the museum but there wasn't a lot of choices, hence Ain did her work to search for nearby cafes 😂. Sometimes I feel like she's the only one who's good at technology because I can't really find anything when I search on the web HAHA.😂 So heereeee we go to LOKL Coffee!

By the time we arrived, they were only serving desserts and drinks. It's perfect because we didn't really want anything heavy. We ordered brownies each and iced chocolate for me! Ain ordered some kind of weird drink (SORRY😹) and for Mimi, coffee as always. Weh I tell you the brownies were soooo so good I loved it!😋 By the way, we were the only local customers at that time, the others were all tourists.😆

After that we went back to Seremban, but we had a mini panic episode at the LRT station. We thought we were going the wrong way so we got off and we panicked a little. But it turned out that we were going the right way. Man the whole day was hilarious to me.😂

Thank you to the both of you for spending the day with me, especially to one peculiar human being called Freakimi. She just keeps getting weirder and weirder every time I met her. At times I don't even know how to respond to her so I'd pass her to Ain.😂😂 We rarely had the chance to meet so I really appreciated you spending time with us that day. I'm not by any way annoyed with your weirdness, in fact it makes me laugh every time. Here's to more meetups and laughter in the future!

Till the next post!💕
